1/2cupcoconut milkcan use almond milk or any other non-dairy milk preferred
2 - 3tspsdate pastealternative sweetener options: 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/4tspvanilla powder or extract
Instructions
Add chia seeds to the water and stir. Let sit to gel, 15 minutes to overnight.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
This is a basic chia pudding recipe. Add fruit, fruit puree, nuts, seeds or spices for variety.For a smoother pudding, blend everything until chia seeds are broken down into a smooth and creamy texture (about 2 minutes).
