Lacto-Fermented Carrots

What you need for this recipe:

Carrots

Sea Salt

Water

Canning Jar

Weigh out the sea salt for the brine.

Pour sea salt into the water stir until salt is dissolved.

Create the brine solution.

Add the produce and flavourings to the canning jar.

Add the brine to the jar to cover the carrots.

Top with a fermentation weight, add a silicone lid and cover.

Ferment 3 - 5 days at room temperature.

Store your fermented carrots in the fridge.

Add to salads for a kick of flavour!
