Air Fryer Channa (chickpeas)

Soak dried chickpeas overnight

In the morning simmer gently.

Drain cooked chickpeas

Pat dry on a paper towel or tea towel

Add a small amount of nuetral oil to the chickpeas

Preheat air fryer to 385F. Add chickpeas to the air fryer basket.

Add spice blend and salt to fried channa. Stir to coat.

Crunchy air fried channa makes a great snack!
